Employees of the UL Department of Student Service are available at the Information Centre (Room 217) on Mondays through Thursdays from 8:45 to 16:45. 

It is possible to: 

• order/receive references (on student status); 
• order/receive a duplicate student ID card; 
• receive advice on centralized elective "C" courses; 
• receive information on taking courses as a course attendee;
• purchase UL souvenirs.
